The journal was founded in 2011 on the initiative of Russian Academy of Sciences members V. Betelin and V. Platonov to publish the most significant papers by researchers of the Scientific Research Institute for System Analysis. Since 2012, the journal has been listed in the National Citation Database, the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI), maintained by the Scientific E-Library(www.elibrary.ru). Before its renaming in 2025, the journal title was Proceedings of the Scientific Research Institute for System Analysis, Russian Academy of Sciences (SRISA RAS Proceedings), ISSN 2225-7349.

Currently, the journal covers a wide range of basic, pilot, and applied research and development. We welcome Russian and international researchers to submit their articles in Russian or English. There are four issues a year, with an average of 12 articles per issue.
