Author Guidelines
Our audience is researchers, engineers, and doctoral students engaged in R&D in micro- and nanoelectronics; information technology; mathematics; computing systems and their components; system analysis and information processing; artificial intelligence and machine learning; computer software; engineering automation and control. The Editorial Board does not charge the authors for the preparation and publication of their articles. Guidelines for Authors
- We accept original, previously unpublished articles in Russian (with the abstract in English).
- Article submission, review, editing, publication, and uploading to open-access databases are free of charge.
- Eligible articles have not been previously published and do not violate the copyright of any third parties. All articles are assessed for plagiarism. We reject articles that we find to have already been published in a paper or digital media.
- Only individuals who have made a significant contribution to the research concept, practice, or interpretation of the results should be the article’s authors. Make sure to include all those who have made a significant contribution to the research concept and design, data collection, analysis, and interpretation, text authoring, or major editing as co-authors. Other persons whose contribution is not sufficient to include them as authors should be mentioned in the Acknowledgements section with their consent, specifying their contribution.
- The author who submits an article on behalf of all co-authors becomes the corresponding author and is responsible for the communication during the submission and review process. The corresponding author must make sure that all co-authors who meet the criteria are included, have read and approved the submitted version of the article. We recommend to indicate the contribution of each author to the research. Example: Author 1: research design; Author 2: data analysis; Author 3 and Author 4: experiments. Each author may contribute to multiple stages of the research. Co-authors registered in the E-Editor system can access their article status. Please note that if a co-author (-s) is not registered in E-Editor, the Editorial Board may request the corresponding author to provide information about the co-author (-s), and email requests to the co-authors.
- Any article submitted for publication must not be previously published, but articles posted by their authors on personal or public websites not affiliated with other publishers are eligible.
- Authors are responsible for the selection and accuracy of the facts, quotations, statistical data, personal and geographical names, and other information included. Authors are also responsible for the accuracy of the references.
- Authors are required to indicate all sources of research funding.
- Authors are required to disclose any financial or personal relationships that may be a conflict of interest. Authors are required to disclose any possible conflicts of interest that may affect their research results and/ or conclusions.
- If errors or inaccuracies are found in a published article, the authors are required to immediately notify the editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to correct or retract the article.
